Our Story
BreakThroughBarriers begins with a simple belief: everyone deserves the chance to participate, connect, and move forward.
People with disabilities and their families can face financial, physical, and social barriers. We listen to each situation and help identify a practical path toward community resources, inclusive experiences, or adaptive equipment support.
Our approach is personal and community-based: understand the need, connect with relevant resources, assist where we can, and follow up. We work through community partnerships rather than a warehouse or a one-size-fits-all solution.
